Also attending will be NEAS (Australia), Accreditation UK and ABLS Accreditation (UK), EDU SA (South Africa), Languages Canada/Orion (Canada), with representations being tabled on behalf of English New Zealand (NZ) and FELTOM (Malta).

QALEN members are calling for representation from stakeholders on quality assurance issues which are impacting on our capacity to deliver solid outcomes for students.  Let us know what you think can be done better in Quality Assurance via this link!

NEAS Quality Assurance applicants on the rise!

It's been a year of growth for NEAS, with many new centres applying for NEAS Quality Endorsement. Twelve new centres have already been Quality Endorsed in the 2016 financial year!

With many new centres scheduled for QA visits in Vietnam and Australia, NEAS has 21 new centres on the journey towards Quality Endorsement.

Schools - are you one of the 65% of Australian ELT centres that are NEAS Quality Endorsed?  If not, contact NEAS (admin@neas.org.au) to see how simple and useful the process of Stakeholder Driven Quality Assurance really is!

Agents - make sure you check for the NEAS Quality Marks!

NEAS and ASQA

This is a message for NEAS Quality Endorsed members that are regulated by ASQA!

It is critical that these members let ASQA know whenever they have a site review by NEAS - including a Change of Premises visit, a NEAS Quality Assurance assessment and so forth.   It is up to the provider to make contact on their own behalf with this information, which helps to inform ASQA of a provider's enagement with quality systems and practices in the ELICOS sector.

NEAS is pleased to work closely with ASQA, to improve quality and manage risk in ELT in Australia.  Click here to find out more.

More great outcomes for Quality Assurance

Inter-Cultural Education Today (ICET) was established to provide opportunities for Australian and Japanese students to share in international education.

ICET offers a quality student experience in a high school setting, with excellent stakeholder expectations and outcomes being achieved!  Well done on a fine QA outcome!

Special mention to Heidi Reid, Principal Adminstrator for the high quality curriculum re-development which has taken place since the previous NEAS Quality Assurance review!
