Rescues Up as NSW Lifesavers Lower the Flags
NSW volunteer surf lifesavers lowered the red and yellow flags for the final time for the 2020/21 season on Sunday. SLSNSW Director of Lifesaving Joel Wiseman said he couldn't be more proud of the membership this season after another testing year and stepping up to assist when their communities needed them no matter what.
Mass Rescue at Tourist Hotspot Wins Award
A mass rescue at dusk on 18 January where the lives of seven young people were saved, has earned Adam Turner the NSW Rescue of the Month award.
NSW Claims 223 Australian Titles in 2021

Grants & Fundraising
Grant funding is an ideal way to obtain equipment, infrastructure or program funding for your club. In support of SLSCs in NSW, SLSNSW provides a professional grant service at no fee to NSW SLSCs through the Surf Life Saving Foundation’s Grant Seeking Unit (GSU). The GSU is a national grant research and writing support unit for SLS entities across Australia.
