As a manager in the Trust, please be aware that a number of staff identified by Directorates as ROSE Super Users have been sent the communication below. We would be grateful if you could ensure that staff are released as necessary to support the project.
Thank you for expressing an interest in working as a Super User for the ROSE project.
It is an exciting time to be a Super User within the Trust. Your help and support within your work areas will be key to the Trust successfully implementing “Lorenzo” our new Electronic Patient Record (EPR). As a Super User, you will take part in various project activities, and become the key link between the project and your departments, both before, during, and post go-live.
There are four key steps you will need to take between now and ROSE Day - 13th May. Details of Steps 2-4 will be
sent to you next week.
The FIRST Step you need to take NOW is to register for one of the following sessions in January:
- · Friday 20th January at 14:00-16:00, Trust HQ Board Room
- · Monday 23rd January at 12:30-14:30 Trust HQ Board Room
- · Thursday 26th January at 15:30 -17:30
Harplands Academic Rooms 1&2
At the session you will learn about the project and more importantly what your role and responsibility will be as a Super User during the project.
Please contact Grace Spilsbury by telephoning ext 8419 or email Grace at Grace.Spilsbury1@northstaffs.nhs.uk to book your place on one of the sessions.
