We love taking families to and from airports but if you're going to be in Cambridge over the upcoming long weekend, there are lots of things to do - including Easter egg hunts! This month’s featured driver is Steve Maddox, one of our full time minicoach drivers. Steve was born in Manchester and is the second youngest of seven boys! He now lives in Newmarket in Suffolk and has been happily married to his wife Judy for 38 years. Steve is a very proud Dad to his two adult children – Lucy and Tomas.

I asked Steve our usual question of why he chose to work for Airport Lynx. Steve explained that the job was the right fit at the right time in his life. He was ready for something new after working as a coach driver for many years and Airport Lynx had come highly recommended to him. Read more...

When a date would go well, Cilla Black would ask contestants on Blind Date if it was time to "buy a hat". We are delighted to report that the entire Airport Lynx team will be out "buying a hat" shortly because Katie Field, who holds the helm of our bookings team, has just accepted a proposal of marriage!

Katie prefers to be behind the camera, so we've taken a photo of the flowers and balloon we bought the happy couple to celebrate. Please do mention it next time she's chatting with you - she'll be embarassed about our putting it out there but secretly thrilled as well. Please join us in wishing them a lifetime of love and adventures together as they become Mr and Mrs Jordan.
