The team at Voice in Cambodia are eagerly awaiting delivery of "10,000 Textbooks", donated by NEAS' sponsor Bookery (worth over $180,000.00), shipped by NEAS Quality Endorsed member ICTE-UQ and warehoused in-country by NEAS Quality Endorsed member ACE Cambodia.

NEAS member colleges and their staff have rallied to the cause, and have donated over $3,000.00 in cash to Voice in support of disadvantaged young people and the "10,000 Textbooks" project.

A new round of AMEP funding has been approved, with the Request for Tender formally announced on Saturday the 8th of October.  

The tender provides a comprehensive overhaul of the Adult Migrant English Program, and incorporates everything from educational, child care and quality assurance services.

Submissions close on the 14th November at 2pm.  The complete criteria for submitting an Expression of Interest can be found online at the https://www.tenders.gov.au/. 

Time to update your address books as NEAS is on the move....not for a hyperspace bypass as some would have it believed - but a newly planned metro station!  So it's "time to move these... refrigerators" (sorry - Dire Straits references don't always translate to a text only medium).

From October 17th, our new address is Suite 2, Level 2, 213 Miller Street, North Sydney NSW 2060.  Everything else remains the same.... well almost everything!
