Dear member, As you may be aware we have recently entered into an arrangement with the Bank of Melbourne. The aim of this partnership is to generate much needed revenue for the club which will be used to improve the facilities e.g. the upgrading of the lights. The partnership has two key elements. The first is a substantial sponsorship, which has been paid. The second is a commission based referral agreement. What the latter means, in simple terms, is that for any home or investment loan introduced to the Bank (and subsequently drawn down) the club will receive a payment of (at least) 0.2% of the loan amount e.g. for a loan of $500,000.00 we will get $1,000.00. There has never been a better time to renegotiate your existing loans. Interest rates are at historically low levels and the Bank of Melbourne have committed to offering a very competitive package.
