The college was well represented at the morning march on ANZAC Day. As in previous years we marched as part of the Hastings Valley Community of Schools. It is always a very impressive line-up of quality students from the college and from our partnership primary schools.
Parent LoungeParents Lounge provides a space for parents to improve communication between the campus, the parents and their children.
The first Westport Campus Parent Lounge Sessions will take place on Friday 10 May at 8.15 am and an afternoon session at 5pm. Just drop in, no need to RSVP.
Mother's Day StallThursday 9 May, Lunch 1 and 2. Students always enjoy carefully choosing that perfect gift for their mum. Mother's day gifts will be sold for $5, $10 and $15. Any parents/carers wishing to donate to the Mother's Day stall please provide gifts to the front office.

Staff Development DayTerm 2 at Hastings Secondary College started with a full-day of staff development. The theme for the event was encapsulated by aligning staff learning with the Department of Education Wellbeing Framework. The five domains of the framework being Cognitive, Social, Spiritual, Physical and Emotional.

Plastic Lid CollectionWestport Campus are still collecting plastic lids. Please drop to the Supported Learning Faculty at the Westport Campus.
