Starting this fall semester, Math Lab, Tutorial Center & Writing Center hours have expanded across all three campuses.

Visalia Math Lab recorded a 20.7% increase in sessions in the first 8 weeks of the semester compared to the first 8 weeks of fall 2015. Across Visalia, Tulare and Hanford campuses, students spend an average of one hour and 15 minutes in the Math Lab.
Comparing the first 8 weeks for Tulare, there has been a 32.8% increase of total hours that students spend in the Math Lab, a 52.7% increase in the number of sessions and a 69.6% increase in the number of unique students.
Tutorial now offers over 20 subjects, with the addition of Anthropology just added this year. Between fall 2015 and spring 2016 semester, an average of 2,996 tutor hours were logged in Visalia. There were a total of 1,196 sessions logged at the Hanford campus.
For this fall semester, the Writing Center has already helped 400 unique students!
