Homegrown Organic Farms Announces Bee Better Certification for Organic Blueberries

Porterville, CA, (July 10, 2020) —Homegrown Organic Farms is pleased to announce Bee Better Certification for their Oregon blueberry production. This certification recognizes the cultural practices these farms have adopted to protect bees and other pollinators and demonstrates the conservation-mindedness of the company and the farmers the company represents. 

The Xerces Society developed Bee Better Certification to promote pollinator conservation in agriculture. The Bee Better production standards are science-based and field-tested and ensure improved pollinator well-being. Third-party verification from Oregon Tilth ensures that the certification process is transparent and trustworthy.
