King of Flavour’s Dish to Savour

The Strathfield Food and Jazz Festival will feature Sashi Cheliah showcasing his flavourful cooking demonstrations with some appetizing recipes! In conjunction with Sydney Good Food Month, celebrate the diverse range of international gourmet food this October.

Applications for food, drink, and dessert stallholders/trucks are open online and close TOMORROW, 28 September.

As part of NSW Bike Week, residents are riding their bikes to work and school! Are you? We’re proud to introduce a regular cyclist in our midst – Sam Shaw from Strathfield Council.

Sam is an outdoor adventurer who hiked the length of Britain from John O’Groats to Land’s End, which is over 2,000 kms! Sam cycles whenever possible and that gets him to exercise, reduce his carbon footprint, and save some money.

So, if you’re thinking about cycling, research a safe route and give it a try!
