Measures to protect Suppliers and Contractors when visiting Calvary premises

Dear Valued Supplier,

As a provider of health care services Calvary remains continuously vigilant in the management of external risks that have the potential to impact on our ability to provide a continuous and uninterrupted supply of services to the public through our network of hospitals, aged care and community care services.

Calvary continues to take a public health approach to the management of Coronavirus (COVID-19). The situation is continuously evolving and we are monitoring this on a routine basis.

As a valued supplier of Calvary your safety both generally and specifically in respect to COVID-19 is of paramount importance to us.

All our staff are highly trained and our sites well resourced, particularly with regards to infection control, to ensure that people entering our sites are not exposed to any risks and also do not pose a risk to our patients and residents.

It is critical that you continue to provide us with goods and services.

Should you have any concerns with accessing our sites to provide those services, we ask that you contact us immediately at nationalprocurement@calvarycare.org.au so we can work with you to address those concerns.

Should you become aware of any cases of infection within your organisation or your subcontractors then you must advise us immediately by return email to nationalprocurement@calvarycare.org.au with the subject line of ‘COVID-19 CONFIRMED CASE”. We will then work with you to help minimise any impact and ensure continuity of supply.

Open, honest and prompt communication is essential for us all to effectively manage this evolving situation. Your assistance and support in this important matter is genuinely appreciated.

Kind regards,

Damien Johnston
