Fans of our games (and Andy, too!) have been asking for new ways to wear their fandom, and the time has finally come for The Looney Labs Merch Store! We're starting with the basics: a Looney Labs logo and a Fluxx logo. And every month, we'll feature a brand new, cool design. This month's design: Flaming Pyramids!

Here's how our Shirt of the Month works: Each month, for two weeks only, a new design will be showcased. This design will be available in both Men's and Women's styles for $20. After those two weeks, preorders for the shirts will be printed and mailed out. And you'll be the most stylish gamer in your FLGS! But of course, we don't want anyone to miss a design and feel sad, so after the preorder time closes, we'll make all older designs permanently available for $30.

As a grand opening special, all shirts are $20 for the next two weeks. Head over to the Looney Labs Merch store now!

In 2003, Looney Labs published a boxed version of Zendo, a game created by Kory Heath to be played with the Looney Pyramids. It won the 2003 Origins Award for Abstract Board game and then in 2005, it was named a Mensa Select game! It's an inductive logic game beloved by many, where players compete to figure out a secret rule. The 2003 printing is long out of print, but now, Zendo is coming back in an awesome new way.

For this updated version of Zendo, Andy Looney has created a new, more exciting collection of shapes! After trying numerous ideas, the trio of pyramids, wedges, and blocks emerged as the most fun assortment with which to play. Zendo is at the printer now, but there are a few aspects to the game we haven't settled on. And guess what? We need your help!

Please give us your opinion about the upcoming version of Zendo, by taking our Zendo survey.

Q: The new Zendo box says it’s for 2-6 players. How do you play Zendo with only two players?

A:  It’s quite simple: one person moderates for the other, and then they switch roles. Whichever player gets the lower score wins. You get a point for each structure on the table, plus two points every time you guess incorrectly. Two player Zendo is actually my favorite these days because it gives you time to think without the pressure of other players trying to beat you to the punch.
