Levy advice form - making life easier
Employers are legally required to use the Coal LSL Board-approved Levy Advice form when reporting monthly levies.
The official form makes processing easier and faster. It contains macros which do the calculations for you. When the form is recreated by some other means before entering data, this removes the important macros and may result in calculation errors and related issues.
Advices submitted in any format other than the approved form are returned for resubmission.
