CENTRE CONNECT

5 March, 2020

Our interdisciplinary team at the Centre for Healthy Communities values working in partnership with communities of all kinds. By doing this we co-create and bring different pieces of the puzzle together to drive healthy community solutions that are built from diverse resources and knowledge, and shared tenacity. Ultimately, we really want to make sure that we work with communities to use evidence and their knowledge to generate action.
