Click here Friday 5 June 2020 New Coronavirus Updates and Resources for SLSNSW MembersSurf Life Saving NSW continues to closely monitor the COVID-19 Pandemic through official sources including the Australian Government Department of Health, NSW Health and NSW Sport. The situation is constantly changing and we will continue to interpret what impact the current Government rules and regulations have on surf clubs and their members and provide up to date information on a regular basis. The gradual lifting of restrictions is very promising and it appears that Surf Life Saving can resume many activities, taking into account the need to comply with the guidelines set out by the authorities and assessing the risk in order to protect our members and the public. Having examined advice from government and industry groups, Surf Life Saving NSW is of the view that the majority of training and education activities can resume. This includes Bronze Medallion and other aquatic rescue awards and skills maintenance (including surf sport training). Please visit our dedicated Coronavirus webpage for more information.
