October 2022

October is Mental Health Month! This month is an opportunity to focus on your own mental health and well-being. The theme this year is Tune In, which highlights being present in the moment.

To raise awareness of mental health, join Dr Narjes Gorjizadeh to hear about her book Grow your Mind, Grow your Life and learn some simple techniques to enhance your well being. You can also attend a meditation class at Epping Library to learn techniques that may improve resilience in daily life, or join a yoga class at Wentworth Point Community Centre and Library to aid in relaxation.

Award winning ABC Journalist, Sarah Dingle, will also be joining us at Epping Library to discuss her latest book Brave New Humans, which explores the global fertility business.

Happy reading!
