If you don’t like the look of the Airbnb options for your Palm Springs trip this summer, a fast-food chain has another option for you: The Taco Bell Hotel and Resort—“inspired by tacos.”
As a marketing stunt, Taco Bell’s hotel builds on the example of Danny Meyer’s Intersect by Lexus restaurant, although the menu should be, uh, different. There will also be a salon offering themed nail art, fades and a braid bar.
The pop-up will take over an existing, currently undisclosed hotel for five days in August.
