The BCFED Health & Safety Centre will be offering many of our most popular eight-hour Health & Safety Education courses in Vancouver and New Westminster this December.

Changes to the Occupational Health & Safety Regulation:
Three new sections have been added to the BC WCB Occupational Health and Safety Regulation, taking effect April 3, 2017.
- 3.26 Requires an annual evaluation to measure the effectiveness of joint committees.
- 3.27 Establishes the mandatory minimum training and education for joint committee members.
- 3.28 Clarifies the meaning of “participation” of worker representatives in a workplace incident investigation.
