How Council is Responding to COVID-19
Council is focused on preventing the spread of COVID-19 and supporting the community. In addition to improved hygiene and sanitation measures at Customer Service touch points, Council facilities, community centres and sports fields are closed until further notice. Several Community Programs, and a number of events including ANZAC Day and Movies in the Park have also been postponed.
Customer Service hours are also changing. From Monday, operating hours will be Monday, Wednesday, Friday 10am-2pm only.
Earth Hour 2020
Did you know Earth Hour started in Sydney in 2007? Join the global movement by switching off at 8.30pm for 60 minutes on Saturday 28 March and raise your voice for nature.
Bin Replacement
Contact Strathfield Council Customer Service on 9748 9999 or email council@strathfield.nsw.gov.au to report any stolen, lost or damaged bins. Application forms for replacement bins can be found on our website.

Community Strategic Plan
Council’s draft 2020-2021 Operational Plan, Budget, Fees and Charges and revised Resourcing Strategy is on public exhibition until 5pm on 1 April 2020. The draft plans can be viewed at Council’s Customer Service Centre or online.
Draft Plans of Management
Council is seeking submissions for the Draft Plans of Management for community lands in the Strathfield area. The draft plans are on exhibition until Thursday 9 April and lay out the direction of how Council intends to manage parks and other properties.
