Apologies, there were several errors in this afternoon's enewsletter. This version has been amended.

Hi everyone,

At not-for-profit companies like Regional Arts Victoria, the Board plays a critical role in reviewing, approving and monitoring the current and future strategic priorities of the organisation.

The 2018 Regional Arts Victoria Annual General Meeting, held in May, was a timely reminder of the contributions our Board of Directors have made, as we farewelled Martin Paten and Peter Giddings after nine years of invaluable service. At the same time, we welcomed new Directors Helen Healy and Greg Pritchard, both elected by our Membership, who will guide what Regional Arts Victoria must become through the next nine years.

Regional Arts Victoria’s Members can shape our work beyond just electing Directors. You can submit your Expression of Interest to the Arts & Education or Connecting Places programs, or master grant-writing at one of our upcoming information sessions. You can join us in Girgarre for the Great Girgarre Constellation event in June, or book your place at the national regional arts event Artlands Victoria, coming to Bendigo and Castlemaine in October.

And of course, you can always get in touch. Good ideas are welcome anytime.
