Arctic Wolf Networks Inc., an Eden Prairie, Minn.-based cybersecurity provider, raised $200 million in Series E funding at a valuation of $1.3 billion. Viking Global Investors led the round, which included participation from DTCP and others. In conjunction with the round, Arctic Wolf is moving its headquarters from Sunnyvale, Calf., to Minnesota.
Allonnia LLC, a Boston-based waste remediation startup, launched with a $40 million Series A investment. Investors in the company include Ginkgo Bioworks, Battelle, General Atlantic, Cascade Investment and Viking Global Investors.
Celona Inc., a Cupertino, Calif.-based networking platform for enterprise 5G, completed a $30 million Series B round. NTTVC and Qualcomm Ventures led the funding, which included contributions from Lightspeed Venture Partners, Norwest Venture Partners and Cervin Ventures.
Azura Ophthalmics Ltd., a Tel Aviv-based startup developing treatments for Meibomian gland dysfunction and related eye diseases, secured $20 million in funding from investors including OrbiMed, TPG Biotech, Brandon Capital Partners and Ganot Capital.
Ketos, a San Francisco-based water-analysis platform, closed a $15 million funding round. Motley Fool Ventures led the investment, which included participation from Ajax Strategies, Better Ventures, Broadway Angels, Plum Alley Ventures, Rethink Impact, Citi and Illuminated Funds Group. In addition to the equity financing, Ketos raised $3 million in debt from Silicon Valley Bank.
Zest AI, a Los Angeles-based credit underwriting software developer, landed a $15 million investment from Insight Partners. Managing Director Lonne Jaffe will join Zest’s board.
Robust Intelligence, a San Francisco-based startup that provides an AI security and reliability platform, emerged from stealth with $14 million in seed and Series A funding. Sequoia Capital led the rounds, which included support from Engineering Capital and Harpoon Ventures.
Intellimize, a San Mateo, Calif.-based website personalization startup, snagged $12 million in Series A1 funding. Addition led the round, with participation from previous investors Amplify Partners, Homebrew and Precursor Ventures. Elissa Fink, formerly with Tableau, joined the board.
Cohere Health, a Boston-based healthcare collaboration platform, added an additional $10 million in Series A funding co-led by Flare Capital Partners and Define Ventures.
