Tourism Futures Project

Students enrolled in the new TOUR405 Tourism Futures Project, coordinated by Dr Eerang Park, have been commissioned by Zealandia to suggest 'strategies for multi-stakeholder engagement in Zealandia for managing sustainable tourism growth'.

This consultancy project enables students to engage with key tourism stakeholders in Wellington and assess those stakeholders' interests and motivations to get involved in Zealandia’s tourism business for its sustainable growth. Employing a range of research methods including expert interview, field visit and observation, and primary and secondary data analysis, the project ultimately aims to deliver a stakeholder engagement model to Zealandia.
