Securiti, a San Jose, Calif.-based multicloud data protection, governance and security provider, landed $75 million in Series C funding. Blue Owl Capital’s Owl Rock Capital led the round, which saw participation from Mayfield and General Catalyst. Pravin Vazirani of Blue Owl Capital joined the company’s board.
Carbon6 Technologies Inc., a software suite for the Amazon marketplace, scored $66 million in funding, including a Series A equity round and debt financing. White Star Capital led the equity portion, which included participation from Kale Investment Fund, Benevolent Capital and MidCap Financial. Debt was provided by MidCap.
Tines, a Dublin-based no-code automation platform for security teams, added $55 million in Series B funding, bringing the round total to $81 million. New investor Felicis Ventures was joined by Accel, Blossom Capital, Addition and Lux Capital in the extension round. Aydin Senkut of Felicis will join the company’s board, along with Tom Killalea, formerly with Amazon.com.
Horizon Blockchain Games Inc., a Toronto-based Web3 developer platform and smart wallet startup, raised $40 million in Series A funding. Brevan Howard Digital and Morgan Creek Digital led the round, which included participation from Take-Two Interactive Software Inc., Polygon, Ubisoft, Xsolla, Initialized Capital, Bitkraft Ventures, CMT Digital, Quantstamp, Round13 Capital and others.
LineVision Inc., a Somerville, Mass.-based provider of overhead line monitoring for electric utilities, closed a $33 million Series C round. Co-led by Climate Innovation Capital and S2G Ventures, the investment included contributions from Microsoft’s Climate Innovation Fund, Marubeni, UP Partners, National Grid Partners, Clean Energy Ventures and Zoma Capital.
Railsr, a London-based embedded finance platform, completed a Series C round consisting of $26 million in equity and $20 million in debt. Anthos Capital led the equity portion, which included additional support from Ventura Capital, Outrun Ventures, CreditEase and Moneta Venture Capital. Mars Capital provided the debt.
Eclypsium Inc., a Portland, Ore.-based startup providing digital supply chain security for critical hardware, firmware and software, secured $25 million in Series B financing. Lead investor Ten Eleven Ventures was joined by Global Brain's KDDI Open Innovation Fund, J-Ventures, Andreessen Horowitz, Madrona Venture Group, Alumni Ventures, AV8 Ventures, Intel Capital, Mindset Ventures, Oregon Venture Fund, Translink Capital and Ubiquity Ventures in the round. Alex Doll, Ten Eleven’s co-founder, was added to Eclypsium’s board.
Humaans, a London-based human resource software provider, picked up $15 million in Series A funding. Lachy Groom led the round, which included support from Exor, Exponent Founders Capital, Moonfire, Frontline Ventures and Next Play Ventures.
Ownly, a Canada-based home buying platform, was seeded with a $2.6 million investment. Led by Bluesky Equities, the round saw additional contributions from NAventures and Garage Capital.
