This week at Bright Educational, we invite you to join us in celebrating the magic of museums to spark curiosity and connection.  

Museums are increasingly becoming cultural hubs, functioning as platforms where creativity combines with knowledge and where children can also co-create, share and interact.  As institutions at the heart of society, museums have the power to establish dialogue between cultures, to build bridges for a peaceful world and to define a sustainable future.

INTRODUCING | MALGOSIA PIATKOWSKA

 

Malgosia is a Polish born, Bristol based illustrator. Drawing and creating narrative images has always been her passion. After spending some time on improving the English language she applied to study Illustration at UWE in Bristol. Since graduating, illustration and narrative have been her long lasting companion. The biggest inspiration for her illustrations are her childhood memories and anything that comes from her imagination.

INTRODUCING | RHIANNON PARNIS

 

Rhiannon Parnis is an illustrator based in Cardiff, UK. In 2016 she graduated from Cardiff School of Art and Design with a BA (Hons) in Illustration.

She mostly likes to work with ink and gouache and aims to create illustrations that are painterly, atmospheric and sometimes mysterious. Rhiannon often takes inspiration from her surroundings and always carries a sketchbook with her.

INTRODUCING | ANYA KUVARZINA

 

Anya has always loved ‘testing out’ various pens and pencils at her mother’s stationary shop when she was growing up in Russia.

After graduating from Central Saint Martins College of Art and Design, she worked on many of illustration projects, including her debut illustrated picture book “Make a Face” (Pow!Kids). Anya also has an MA from Goldsmiths University and has been teaching Graphics & Illustration at CSVPA college, Cambridge.
