It is with a heavy heart that I present to you my very last School 21 Primary Newsletter as I will be leaving School 21 at the end of this term. I consider it a great personal achievement of mine to have been a part of such a progressive organisation, as well as being a reliable point of contact for our most important stakeholders- School 21 students and parents. I am also sad to leave behind a front of house team that has always been determined to consistently meet the needs of our parents, students and staff. Thank you all for making my time here so enjoyable and I wish you and all our students the very best for the future! Tunde Dele-Ademola
NOTICES:*There are no after school clubs next week **The 2018/2019 academic year begins on Monday 10th September 2018 ***Thank you for the donation of uniform that have been given to the Primary. Can we please ask that if you have any PE
plimsolls in good condition that no longer fit your child that they are donated as well. Many thanks! ****Onesie Wednesday - if you have a onesie that you would like to donate/lend for those children who do not have one, please can you label it with your child's name (so we can return it!) and leave it with your class teacher. If your child needs to borrow one, please speak to your class teacher and we will try to facilitate this with any donations we have.
Space: What else is out there? This week in Reception, we have been telling the final part of our story in preparation for exhibition on Thursday. We are really excited for all our parents and friends to see the final videos.
Let your voice be heard! On Tuesday the Year 4 children performed their Spark Speeches after weeks of hard work. The children used their voices to change the world on a range of topics including; crime, animal cruelty, racism, deforestation, pollution and many more! Every, single child should be proud of their extraordinary, eloquent and professional performances. You should be incredibly proud of yourselves, the school certainly is!
Sex and Religious EducationSRE is lifelong learning about physical, moral and emotional development. Take a Bow...and Arrow! This week Year 2 have been busy prepping for exhibition by practising their Medieval sports and commentating skills before recording their live commentaries over videos of the sports. They used tonnes of technical vocabulary and varied the tone, pace and pitch of their voices to ensure they entertained anyone who listened!
A Fair Outcome!Thank you to all of those who came to our school Book Fair last week. We managed to sell so many books and stationery making a total of £831.39!! The school will get a percentage of this total and will be able to buy more amazing books for our students!! Happy reading!!

#StopUsingPlasticMakeTheWorldFantasticThis week has been triumphant for our Year 1's.
