know how. // RECENTLY COMPLETED PROJECTSFOOD INNOVATION CENTRECLIENT: Monash University, Clayton The creation of this research area for the testing and production of food and food related products was a significant challenge; the delivery date had to be achieved at all costs. This is where the strength and experience of the Neo Construct team exhibited its maturity. To deliver this critical time focused project we had to be completely confident that our commitment to Monash University was achievable, this meant that during the tender, the estimating team managed by Jo Naulty, had to ensure the delivery and installation time for every element, gathering the information and producing a works program that we could offer to Monash to demonstrate our commitment. The construction team let orders quickly to mobilise the trades rapidly with works commencing on site at a hectic pace driven by our site crew, the landscape of the works evolved each day slowly revealing the finished article. The entire team at Neo Construct contributed to the success of this project for which Jo and I are truly grateful. We have had some very positive feedback from our client, that we would like to share with you. "There are times when the location tells the story. The Monash Food Incubator at the top of the Green Chemical Futures building nestled in the Monash Clayton campus is one of these memorable spots. A lot went into the design, multiple perspectives and creative forces, but all that is moot without a brilliant execution. On that front, what Neo Construct was able to pull together under tremendous time constraints was one of a kind and the result shows the level of the effort. We have been impressed by not only the quality of the work but the flexibility and the collaborative attitude, proactivity and ownership at every stage of the project and an eye for detail without which this program would either have been compromised in its execution or would never have been ready on time. Maybe this is why when you walk into this space, you can feel it has a soul. Many thanks to the Neo Construct team to have lived up to the challenge and built on it."
