Dear colleagues,

It is with great pleasure that we can confirm that the Fair Work Commission (FWC)  approved the Calvary Healthcare Tasmania Nursing Staff Enterprise Agreement 2020 Enterprise Agreement yesterday June 1.                                  

The Agreement will come into operation on Tuesday 8 June and it will govern the minimum terms and conditions of your employment and replace your current enterprise agreement.

A copy of the Agreement is now up on Calvary Connect for your reference, and can be found here.

Wage increases in line with the Agreement will be processed, and a lump-sum back-payment will occur on Friday 18 June 2021. Please note the following regarding pay as we transition to the new Agreement:  

• Pay run paid Wednesday 9 June 2021 – current wage rates
• Pay run paid Wednesday 23 June 2021 – new wage rates
• Back pay paid Friday 18 June – out of cycle pay run
