Few leaders have had a bigger impact than Erin Goldwater has made on Lift UP. For more than five years Erin has led its mission, staff, strategy, volunteers, and donors.

In that time Erin’s also been responsible for the enormous growth of Lift UP services, the improved quality of the food, hiring and developing a top performing team, expanding the client base, establishing the amazing Supper Club program, and facilitating the transition to a new, larger, Preston's Pantry.
