2017 Block of the Month
Join us in creating this exciting Block of the Month by Amy Ellis. Using quilt blocks from her book, Modern Heritage Quilts, you'll be creating different blocks and setting them in a beautiful and unique way to create this 66" x 78" quilt. Kits will be distributed over 9 months, from January through September 2017.

Free Motion Quilting with Christine
Tuesday, 10/11
In this class you will learn the basic skills for free motion quilting which will set the foundation for your projects being quilted by yourself! We will discuss choices for threads, needles, and quilting designs.
There are Bernina loaner machines available for this classes!
Binding Mini-Class with Kim
Tuesday, 10/18
Kim will demonstrate how to make beautiful binding in this quick little class. The class will also allow for some binding time for students with Kim there to help answer questions.

2017 Mystery Quilts with Rosi
This will be Rosi’s third year of running Mystery Quilt groups at Cary Quilting. Her patterns are terrific and always delight her quilters! Meetings are optional. Instructions, patterns, and private groups will be facilitated via Facebook. You can definitely “play” from far away!
My Favorite Colors: 54” x 66”, create a pieced quilt in your favorite rainbow of colors!
On Top: 51” x 66”, use a combination of appliqué and piecing to create this fun quilt!
Spring Surprise: 50” x 22 ½”, create a stunning paper pieced wall hanging with Rosi and friends!
Many Minis: Twelve 18” square mini quilts, beginner and intermediate level patterns will be available each month, using mixed techniques.
A Few Minis: Four 18” square mini quilts, beginner and intermediate level patterns will be available each meeting, using mixed techniques.
We will have early bird specials on Fat Quarters on 10/6, 10/8, and 10/15 from 8-10 am!

We all have plenty of quilts, right? Why not stretch your skills and try some quick projects?!
You'll finish up with useful items, great gifts, home decor, and more!
Each project kit will come with everything needed to complete it (like stuffing, buttons, etc.).

New in the Shop
The Farm Fun Panel is new in the shop - make a total of 12 farm animals from the one panel! Directions are printed on the panel, so it couldn't be easier. Check out the chocolate milk coordinating yardage too - so cute!
