Benchmark results are in, but we need to do more. Launch of the AAAAt the 2018 Nusa Dua Forum, the AAA Recommendations were endorsed by government and business. This is a significant milestone, being the first major policy document agreed between the private and public sector to tackle issues of modern slavery and related exploitation in the region. Increasingly leaders from around the Indo Pacific are listening and beginning to act. Now is the time to drive forward positive change from the opportunities generated, and crucially, implement the AAA. Benchmark Results: 2018Bali Process Businesses and Global Partners (Walmart, Wesfarmers, Wilmar, Nestle, Unilever and Woolworths) are in the top quartile of companies addressing forced labour. Yet, Know the Chain reports the sector as a whole needs to do more, particularly further down the supply chain and across all commodities.
