Principal's Message National Sorry Day is an Australia-wide observance held on May 26 each year. This day gives people the chance to come together and share the steps towards healing for the Stolen Generations, their families and communities. Essential Energy Community Choice Grant Program Our College Robotics Team has applied for the Essential Energy Grant Program. If successful funds will ensure our Robotics Program continues. Funds will go toward the cost of registration of competitions, building of robots, travelling and accommodation costs for students whilst at competitions. We need your VOTE. Year 10 - 11 Subject Selection Information Evening The Hastings Secondary College Principals warmly extend an invitation to Year 10 students and their parents/carers to our Subject Selection Evening. Panthers Port Macquarie Auditorium - Tuesday 4 June 6pm - 8pm Our evening will include an outline of senior school expectations as well as the senior curriculum opportunities available at Hastings Secondary College in 2020. Important information for you and your child regarding their curriculum choices and elective patterns for Year 11 2020 will also be provided. This has detailed information regarding your child’s senior studies and the extensive course offerings available at our College. Our Subject Selection Evening complements our Senior Studies Guide by providing opportunities to speak with teachers, advisors and the executive from both campuses about curriculum choices and pathway options for their senior years. The evening includes a "course market" where our dedicated teachers are available to provide you with valuable information regarding the extensive variety of courses on offer.
