We find ourselves in extraordinary times with COVID-19 continuing to impact daily routines and operations.
We trust you, your employees and their families are staying well as we navigate these uncharted waters.
We want you to know we are still here for you. While we have modified operations as prescribed by the Australian Government to protect staff and clients, we continue to operate as close to normal as possible. However, we apologise in advance if we're unable to meet usual service response times during periods of high demand.

Is COVID-19 impacting your long service leave obligations?
If you're unable to meet your reporting and levy payment deadlines due to COVID-19 impacting daily operations, it's important to notify us in advance to avoid penalty charges. Please read our FAQ entitled Overdue Employer Reports and Payments.
Access to unclaimed leave of a deceased employee
In the event an employee passes away, how does a loved one or estate access their unclaimed long service leave entitlement?

Save time by using the correct Levy Advice form
Using the authorised Levy Advice form saves you time and avoids delays to processing and recording of employee entitlements.
Diary dates
Important dates for your diary:
- Levy advice and payment for May are due on or before 28 June.
The form and helpful guide are available on our website under Levy Reporting.
- Annual audit report for 2018–19 is due within six months of the end of the financial year.
