Pathlock, a Flemington, N.J.- and India-based application governance, risk and compliance platform, picked up a $200 million investment led by Vertica Capital Partners. In addition to the funding, Pathlock merged with Appsian and Security Weaver, and acquired CSI Tools and Sast Solutions.
Optibus, a Tel Aviv-based startup offering management software for mass transportation planning and operations, closed a $100 million Series D round, bringing the company’s valuation up to $1.3 billion. Investors included Insight Partners, Bessemer Venture Partners, Verizon Ventures, Pitango, Tencent and State of Mind Ventures.
Vestaron Corp., a Durham, N.C.-based biological crop protection provider, completed an $82 million Series C round. Lead investors Ordway Selections and Cavallo Ventures were joined by Argonautic Ventures, Fortistar and Endeavor8 in the funding.
Elwood Technologies, a London-based digital assets trading infrastructure startup, closed a $70 million Series A round. Dawn Capital and Goldman Sachs co-led the funding, which included contributions from Barclays, BlockFi Ventures, Chimera Ventures, CommerzVentures, Digital Currency Group, Flow Traders and Galaxy Digital Ventures.
Stoa USA Inc., a Phoenix-based proptech startup, added $50 million in funding from Zeev Ventures.
Keelvar, an Ireland-based intelligent sourcing and automation technology provider, secured $24 million in Series B financing. Led by 83North, the round included additional support from Elephant, Mosaic Ventures and Paua Ventures.
Metatheory Inc., a Web3 interactive media startup founded by Twitch co-founder Kevin Lin, landed $24 million in Series A funding. Lead investor Andreessen Horowitz was joined by Pantera Capital, FTX Ventures, Breyer Capital, Merit Circle, Recharge Thematic Ventures, Dragonfly Capital Partners and others in the round.
Akuity, a Sunnyvale, Calif.-based Kubernetes technology startup, snagged $20 million in Series A funding. Lead Edge Capital led the round, which included contributions from Decibel Partners.
LucidLink, a San Francisco-based collaboration technology provider for remote teams, grabbed a $20 million Series B investment. Headline’s Global Growth strategy led the funding, which saw participation from Baseline Ventures, Bright Cap Ventures and Top Tier Capital Partners.
Recurate, a resale service for brands and retailers, nabbed a $14 million investment. Jump Capital led the round, which included support from Gradient Ventures, XRC Labs, Victress Capital and Revolution's Rise of the Rest Fund.
Formally Inc., a provider of legal services to immigrants, secured a $2.3 million pre-seed round. Lead investor Bessemer Venture Partners was joined by BBG Ventures, Unshackled Ventures, Ulu Ventures, Graph Ventures, Dorm Room Fund and others in the funding.
Wellbees, a London-based employee wellbeing platform, was seeded with a $2.2 million investment led by 212.
