Upcoming Classes
Playing with Blocks with Kim
In this class we will make the Pinwheel block. You will learn how to piece 60 degree diamonds easily. Once you have the skills, you can create your own cubed quilt or use one of many patterns to make spectacular quilts.
There are Bernina loaner machines still available for this class!
Beginning Quilt Making
or
Learn the skills needed to complete a 4 Block Sampler Quilt top, including rotary cutting and piecing techniques, piecing the blocks, adding sashing and borders, and basting your quilt in preparation for quilting. Your teacher will also demonstrate basic machine quilting techniques using a walking foot and straight or wavy lines.
There are Bernina loaner machines available for these classes!
Beginning Batik Freehand Class with Kathie
Sunday, 9/11
Students will learn the basics of Batik using a variety of utensils to create designs n wax then dyed with Procian fiber reactive dyes.
This class is for beginners, ages 16 and up.
