Click here Shared data, saves livesOur new case study explains how the Medical Interoperability Gateway (MIG) is helping North East Ambulance Service (NEAS) to save time in emergency care situations. NEAS receives more than 1.5 million calls each year and the MIG is helping their 111 and 999 call operators to prioritise ambulances and avoid unnecessary hospital admissions. Having instant access to additional information about the patient helps the nurse to decide whether the patient should be hospitalised.
