Justine Schofield will be bringing her simple home cooking to the demo stage to show audiences how you can be gourmet in your spare time.

Fresh from his MasterChef Australia 2018 win, Sashi Cheliah brings his family-inspired recipes to Strathfield. Find out why they call him the “King of Flavour”!

For the kids:
Fiasco by name, fiasco by nature. Nino Fiasco will have the kids in stitches as he shows them the don’ts of the kitchen, and little chefs can show their skills in the Foost cooking tent.

Responsible Cafés – SIP Hour Coffee

Strathfield Council has partnered with Responsible Cafés to reduce the amount of single-use coffee cups going to landfill. Bring your re-usable cups to participating cafes for a discount! Congratulations to our first Responsible Homebush West Café, SIP Hour Coffee, who have saved almost 1,000 takeaway cups since joining the program.

Illegal Tree Pruning
