Proton Therapy eNewsletter

Welcome to the October issue of the Proton Therapy eNewsletter!

October brings us into Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Our Center is proud to participate in the fight against breast cancer, and in this issue we highlight ways proton therapy is being used to treat breast cancer and progress that is being made in ongoing clinical trials. We also introduce you to Cassidy, one of the friendly faces at the front desk of our Center!

In addition to celebrating the start of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, we also want to reflect on our participation in September’s Childhood Cancer Awareness Month. In September our Center supported the Run of Hope, a 5k that raises money for pediatric brain tumor research at Seattle Children’s Hospital. We also feature one of our inspiring pediatric patients, Erin, who received treatment at our Center for her brain tumor.

Thank you for your support and continued interest in our Center and please forward this newsletter to others who may find it of interest.
