April gym challenge winners announced
Well done to everyone who took part in our April gym challenge!
We saw a lot of people stand up to the pressure of the balancing exercises and enjoy themselves along the way.
We have drawn the winners for the April gym challenge, who have won a one month free membership:

Richmond change room update
Stage 1 demolition works are now complete!
Stage 2 works begun on Wednesday 8 May, which involves building new female, male, accessible and all gender change rooms.
What will stage 2 works involve?

Access to the main gym and our group exercise timetable will return to normal.

You will need to use the male, female and accessible change rooms on pool deck.

There will be no access to the change rooms next to the gym.

The member entry on Griffiths Street will have restricted opening hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 4pm to 10pm
- Friday: 4pm to 9pm
- Saturday: Closed all day
- Sunday: 7am to 7pm
Outside of these opening hours, you will need to access Richmond Recreation Centre using our main entrance on Gleadell Street
The change rooms are expected to reopen in late August.

Stroke improvement courses in May
Could you benefit from improvements to your swimming form?
Register for our stroke improvement course at Richmond or Collingwood and we'll help you improve all aspects of your swimming over 5 weeks.
You'll focus on kick and body positioning, breathing techniques, arm positioning, rotation and more.
When are the courses?
The Collingwood course will run on Tuesday's from 6.45pm to 7.45pm.
The Richmond course will run on Wednesday's from 6.45pm to 7.45pm.
How much is the course?
The course is $123 for members and $137 for non-members.
How do I book?
Book online via Eventbrite and we'll be in contact with you to confirm your booking and arrange payment.
Alternatively you can book in person at reception or give us a call on 9205 5522.
