This month’s newsletter is an impressive list of national and regional awards garnered by our faculty, residents, and students! The list is far too long for me to recapitulate here, so scroll down to the several sections of awards and have a look. As excited as I am about the awards and what they say about our learners and teachers individually – and we have some amazing individuals – I’m even more pleased by the range of recipients. I think it says a lot for our department that the winners of these awards span the whole range of the department, from junior learners to senior faculty and everything between. It is not just a statement of what we’ve been and done, but also for what we will continue to be. - Dr. Lee Green, Chair, Department of Family Medicine Congratulations College of Family Physicians of Canada Recognition The College of Family Physicians of Canada has announced the 2018 awards recipients.
