You need to move fast if you have not yet submitted your plans and your agency has not already requested an extension. Registration authorities who are placing/have registered soft serve ice cream under the Simply Safe & Suitable Template Food Control Plan, please note that through a formal review we’ve determined that a business selling soft serve ice cream can come under a National Programme 3. ![]() Closing Registration Conditions If verifiers/evaluators are sending reports to operators which contain information on registration condition progress, we would appreciate being cc’d on emails so that we are kept up-to-date and can close conditions promptly where possible. The consultation will close on 20 December 2019. Issued in May 2017, this Food Notice sets the requirements for people and organisations wanting to be recognised to carry out verification functions under the Food Act 2014. Read more. These were superb days of information sharing, exchange of ideas and expertise, practise and learning.
