| NDTG RELEASES DATE FOR ONLINE AGM |
SAVE THE DATE: FRIDAY 12TH FEBRUARY 2021 - NDTG AGM
Federation and Training Group Members are invited to join the 2021 NDTG AGM for the latest demolition training news and plans for the forthcoming year.
The member only event will be held online via Zoom between 9.30am and 11am, with further details, agenda and joining instructions being distributed to Members closer to the time - please Save the Date for now!

NDTG secured £25,000 of funding from CITB's G.E.T (Grant Eligible Training) fund and 100% of this training money is being passed to NDTG members in the form of subsidised courses. NDTG is pleased to offer you 25% off ALL training courses in December 2020 and January 2021 - both online and in Covid-secure classroom format.
Due to social distancing measures, our class sizes are much smaller, so availability is limited. Please book early to take advantage of the reduced price training on offer.
You can check courses, dates and formats online at demolition.training and all Members will soon be receiving a flyer that provides the full December and January course schedule including both CCDO and specialist demolition skills training courses. You can also use the quick links below if you know the specific course you, or your workforce, needs.

INDUSTRY CONSULTATION - TRAINING GROUPS
CITB has launched an industry consultation as part of a review into the funding that is provided to Training Groups. As part of this consultation they are aiming to receive thoughts and feedback on three proposed options for funding that will help support employers to access training, and they have asked us to share this information with all members.They are also interested in any other suggestions that you have.

CITB LEVY UPDATE
CITB resumed the collection of Levy payments from September 2020, and is offering employers the option to spread their payments over a 12-month period until August 2021 with interest free Direct Debit payments.
For the following year, 2021/22, CITB have proposed a 50% Levy reduction whilst also raising the threshold at which companies are liable to pay Levy, from £80,000 to £120,000.
HS&E TEST CENTRES OPEN DURING LOCKDOWN 2
CITB confirmed test centres will remain OPEN during Lockdown 2. Please check your test confirmation email or letter for details of safety measures at the test centre including the requirement to wear face coverings or for any changes to your scheduled appointment.
If you have a scheduled appointment at an ITC, please check with the centre that your appointment is going ahead as planned.

NDTG ANNUAL MEMBER DECLARATIONS COMING SOON (ONLINE)
Annual declarations for NDTG members only will be issued on 1st December 2020 and you can complete this quickly and easily online. You'll be able to confirm that you wish to retain your National Demolition Training Group membership, provide feedback on the training courses and service you receive and provide us with information about your training needs for the coming year.
As a reminder, only active NDTG members are eligible to display the NDTG logo - this is an industry stamp of quality that ensures you are recognised for your commitment to workforce competence.
