Dear Members,

All of us at NDTG wish you a Happy New Year. Despite the ongoing Covid disruptions to our lives the demolition industry manages to maintain a positive outlook and show the usual resilience. 

As we enter Lockdown 3, NDTG has moved all January training courses to online format to play our part in stopping the spread, whilst ensuring essential skills training can continue. NDTG will conduct a review of the situation in two weeks' time before making decisions on moving February's scheduled classroom courses online. We do not yet have news regarding Test Centres, but will issue an alert and post news to NDTG's website as soon as reports are received. 

This issue of The Training Standard includes some important reminders for you - 25% discount is still available on January courses courtesy of the G.E.T. Fund*, our AGM will still be going ahead via Zoom on 12th February and your Annual Declarations are due for submission by 11th January. More details on all of these items are included below.

NDTG ANNUAL MEMBER DECLARATIONS - SUBMIT BY 11TH JANUARY 

Thank you to all NDTG Members who have already returned their annual declaration and feedback surveys so far. If you still need to complete this, don't worry - it can be done quickly and easily online. Just click the yellow button below to start your member declaration and feedback survey.

NFDC Members - please note that your NDTG membership will automatically renew for next year along with your NFDC membership. You may skip any questions which you have already answered via your NFDC Annual Declaration, however your inputs for the sections - Your Demolition Workforce, Your Training Needs and NDTG feedback - will be valuable to us. 

As a reminder, only active NDTG members are eligible to display the NDTG logo - this is an industry stamp of quality that ensures you are recognised for your commitment to workforce competence.

Federation and Training Group Members are invited to join the 2021 NDTG AGM for the latest demolition training news and plans for the forthcoming year.
