Kōtuitui Housing Development ll Updates
Civil construction works for the Kōtuitui housing development at Barrowcliffe Place, Manukau has begun including for the Te Ākitai Waiohua section of the site (see photos below). This is expected to continue through to October 2019.
If there is enough interest, there may also be job opportunities available to Te Ākitai Waiohua members when house construction starts. Please make contact at comms@teakitai.com if you have any questions.
Wirihana ll
Project Update
The initial designs and financial models for the Wirihana housing development at Kerrs Road, Manukau have been produced in relation to the first stage of the project. These are being considered by Auckland Council and the Crown and may need to be adjusted depending on feedback.
