REMINDER - Outage required for MPI Changeover to new system for BACC processing
On Good Friday, 29th March, MPI will change systems over to a new platform for processing BACCs.
As an outage is required we will only have skeleton staff working in Target Evaluation on this day.
MPI systems will be down completely from 12:30am until at least 9am and for the remainder of the day the system will be under testing and monitoring conditions, with only one Target Evaluator processing.
There will be delays in responding to urgent requests and ICRs and we will be unable to process applications during the outage.
