Exploring the impacts of working from home on employees' health and well-being The Canadian Institute for Safety, Wellness, and Performance hosted at Conestoga College’s School of Business is conducting a national survey exploring the impacts of working from home on employees' health and well-being, including both mental and physical health. The results of this study will inform the development of organizational strategies to support employers in creating an effective, resilient, and inclusive WFH workplace. They are hoping to reach as many Canadian workers as possible, from all sectors of the economy. Responses from the survey are anonymous and will not be linked to a specific employer.
