- Deliver personalized advice regarding various credit card services offered by Vancity.
- Communicate across a range of different channels including telephone, email and live chats to serve member needs.
- Effectively manage complex situations, problem solve and provide personalized advice, using multiple computer systems
Part-time and Full-time roles are available in contact centres located in Vancouver and Surrey. 5 weeks of full-time training starts January 13, 2020.
- Similar to above role, only this position delivers personalized advice regarding various banking services offered by Vancity.
- Communicate across a range of different channels including telephone, email and live chats to serve member needs.
- Effectively manage complex situations, problem solve and provide personalized advice, using multiple computer systems
Part-time and Full-time roles are available in contact centres located in Vancouver and Surrey. 6-8 weeks of full-time training starts January 13, 2020.
