If you have urgency requests: please submit your urgency requests attaching all documents required for MPI, and the TSW reference number to manifest@mpi.govt.nz. Currently the Target Evaluation team will be focusing on the manifest inbox and phones to support agents seeking urgent assistance around their lodgements. We ask for your patience as the customs TSW team is working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible. Kind regards
