2021 Sharkskin NSW IRB Season - Round 2 Cancellation
Based on the forecast hazardous conditions for this coming weekend from the BOM and other weather forecast sources, the decision has been made by the Organising Committee to cancel Round 2 of the 2021 Sharkskin NSW IRB Premiership Series.

With hazardous weather conditions forecast to impact the NSW coastline from Friday, Surf Life Saving NSW is urging the public to exercise extreme caution when visiting the coastline this weekend.

Applications close 9 June 2021 for the AMP Tomorrow Fund. This year the AMP Tomorrow Fund is offering a total of $1 million in grants for individuals working to make a positive impact in any field in Australia. Funding of $5,000 to $100,000 is available and can be used for range of activities and expenses

2021 NSW Pool Rescue Championships
SLSNSW is pleased to confirm that the 2021 NSW Pool Rescue Championships will be held at Peninsula Leisure Centre, Woy Woy on 16-18 July 2021. More information will be available on the event page soon.
24 Hour Row for Mental Health
The 24 Hour Row supporting Gotcha4Life is back for 2021. This year surf clubs are encouraged to join in the 24-hour event on 14-15 August. Sign your club up now to be part of the event. It's a great opportunity to engage your community ahead of the new season and anyone can participate.
Grants & Fundraising
Grant funding is an ideal way to obtain equipment, infrastructure or program funding for your club. In support of SLSCs in NSW, SLSNSW provides a professional grant service at no fee to NSW SLSCs through the Surf Life Saving Foundation’s Grant Seeking Unit (GSU). The GSU is a national grant research and writing support unit for SLS entities across Australia.

Digital Content Producer
The Digital Content Producer is responsible for sourcing and generating engaging digital, video and written content for distribution to media and through SLSNSW’s online and social media platforms. The role supports media activities which strengthen the profile of SLSNSW with members, partners, government and the community.
Media & Communications Coordinator
This role is dynamic, fast-paced and requires someone who knows what the media wants and can deliver! The role will provide media and communications services, support and advice across the organisation, including the development of content for internal and external communications such as websites, publications, social media, speeches and media releases.
