Dear

'Making your country future-proof in the world of innovation has many elements'

So says Datuk Yasmin Mahmood, CEO, Malaysian Digital Economy Corporation (MDEC), as she sets out some of those elements and what they mean in Malaysia in this month's Q&A. She talks of the coming 'disruption that is really phenomenal – now this is both exciting and scary'. The challenges and opportunities that the move to digital presents will be discussed at our forthcoming TMRF: ASEAN 2018 in Singapore in the context of digital transformation in the ASEAN region.  As part of the ASEAN 2018 series we will also be holding a discussion in Bangkok on building a safe online environment for children.
