Pool Based Open Water Session: Saturday 14th May at Stirling University

Are you looking to make the transition from the pool to open water? We have a pool based coach session to help improve breathing, learn to swim in a group and support you to get more out of your open water swim. Ideal if you are interested in preparing for a triathlon or an open water challenge!

Adult Swim Series - Open Water dates

We have several Come and Try Open Water sessions coming up, aimed at adults who can swim but have never made the transition from pool to the open water (Knockburn Loch in Banchory, Loch Lomond and Loch Venachar . We also have spaces available in our Junior session at The Helix, Falkirk on 22 May; this is a beginners session for those who would like to experience open water swimming in a safe and fun environment.
